Yes, all companies or individuals attending the Global Brand Summit will be matched with company executives or representatives from China in related industries. Contact information of these Chinese executives will be provided before the conference and pre-conference communications are highly encouraged. At the conference, there will also be a time for participants from both countries to discuss potential business opportunities.

When is the registration deadline?

The early bird discount ends on September 19, 2009 at 11:59 PM CST. Regular-price tickets can be purchased online until 11:59 PM CST on October 19, 2009. On-site registration is available during the Global Brand Summit as well. For details, please visit the Registration page.

Do I get a discount if I register for the Global Brand Summit early?

Yes, the early bird discount runs until September 19, 2009 at 11:59 PM CST. For details, please visit the Registration page.

Do I get a group discount if I invite my colleagues or friends to attend the Global Brand Summit?

Yes, group discount applies if 3 or more tickets are purchased at the same time.

What is the cancellation policy after I register for the Global Brand Summit?

You can transfer your registration at no cost at any time.

If you want to cancel your registration, a written notice of cancellation has to be received at info@imcassociation.org or faxed to +1-847-465-9398.

If a notice of cancellation is received by August 20th, 2009, a processing fee of $75 will be charged.

If a notice of cancellation is received between August 21st and September 18th, 2009, a processing fee of $150 will be charged.

You will receive a full refund of your registration fee less the processing fee in the same way as your payment. Because of expenses incurred, no refunds will be made after September 19th, 2009. However, you may send a substitute participant at no additional cost at any time. Refunds will be processed after the Summit.

Driving Directions: Follow Highway 90 east into downtown Chicago. Exit Ohio Street. Follow east to Michigan Avenue. Turn right and continue 1 block. Take a left on Illinois. Hotel will be on your left. The entrance is on Michigan Avenue.

Parking: All Global Brand Summit participants will be able to park at the InterContinental Hotel Chicago’s parking lot and get a voucher from InterContinental for a discount on parking.
