2. Should you have to transfer or cancel your registration, please note:
A. You can transfer your registration at no cost at any time. Please email the new participant’s information to info@imcassociation.org
B. If you want to cancel your registration, a written notice of cancellation has to be received at info@imcassociation.org or faxed to +1-847-465-9398. If a notice of cancellation is received by August 20th, 2009, a processing fee of $75 will be charged. If a notice of cancellation is received between August 21st and September 18th, 2009, a processing fee of $150 will be charged. You will receive a full refund of your registration fee less the processing fee in the same way as your payment. Because of expenses incurred, no refunds will be made after September 19th, 2009. However, you may send a substitute participant at no additional cost at any time.
C. Refunds will be processed after the Summit.
